· Remote‑first (Europe, ±3 h CET) · Full-time
Why this role exists
Ditchcarbon is already trusted by enterprise brands like Amazon, Pfizer and Zurich. Your mission is to turn that traction into a repeatable, predictable pipeline of new opportunities from our clearly defined target market—helping more global enterprises cut their emissions, faster.
What you'll own
Area | Year‑1 success looks like |
---|---|
Pipeline generation | Predictable, data‑driven flow of qualified opportunities that meets or exceeds quarterly targets (exact numbers set with the CEO at onboarding). |
Full‑funnel demand | Clear channel mix, budget plan and experimentation calendar—continually optimised in HubSpot. |
Positioning & messaging | Compelling narrative that resonates with enterprise buyers evaluating sustainability solutions. |
ABM programmes | High‑touch outbound & inbound plays across defined Tier 1 & Tier 2 accounts, measured by engagement and SQL conversion. |
Marketing ops & analytics | Source‑of‑truth dashboards in HubSpot (and any adjunct tools) that the exec team trusts for decision‑making. |
Foundation for scale | Documented processes, agency/vendor relationships and—when justified—business case for first marketing hires. |
As a Marketing Lead at DitchCarbon, you'll be instrumental in shaping our brand voice and driving growth through strategic marketing initiatives. You'll work closely with our product and sales teams to create compelling narratives around our AI-powered sustainability solutions.
