KIRCHHOFF Automotive GmbH has set near-term Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) commitments to reduce absolute Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 50% by 2030, using a 2022 base year. The company also aims to increase active annual sourcing of renewable electricity from 46% in 2022 to 100% by 2030. Additionally, KIRCHHOFF Automotive GmbH commits to reduce absolute Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions by 25% by 2030, also from a 2022 base year. These targets are cascaded from KIRCHHOFF Automotive GmbH, the direct parent organisation.
