For the reporting year 2025, BMW Group reported a total of approximately 128.4 billion kg CO2e. This includes Scope 1 emissions of about 667.3 million kg CO2e, Scope 2 (market-based) emissions of approximately 144.1 million kg CO2e, and Scope 3 emissions amounting to roughly 127.5 billion kg CO2e.
