Celcomdigi reported total emissions of approximately 521,792,250 kg CO2e in 2023. This included Scope 1 emissions of 53,670,040 kg CO2e, Scope 2 emissions of 467,840,180 kg CO2e, and Scope 3 emissions of 282,030 kg CO2e, primarily from business travel. This represents an increase from 2022, when total emissions were around 279,777,760 kg CO2e.

Celcomdigi has set Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) approved targets. For near-term, they commit to reducing absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 63.0% by 2035 from a 2023 base year. They also aim to reduce Scope 3 GHG emissions by 66.3% per petabyte of data traffic within the same timeframe. For long-term, Celcomdigi commits to reducing absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 90.0% by 2050 from a 2023 base year, and Scope 3 GHG emissions by 97.0% per petabyte of data traffic within the same timeframe. Celcomdigi is also committed to achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions across the value chain by 2050.

Earlier commitments included aiming to reduce Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 30% by 2030 from a 2020 baseline, and a joint Group's Science-Based target of 50% reduction by 2030 for both Scope 1 and Scope 2.
