BCD Travel has established clear climate commitments. The company has a near-term absolute reduction target to reduce its Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 35% by 2030, using a 2016 base year. This target was submitted in December 2021 and validated in 2022. Earlier goals, defined in 2020, aimed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from global operations by 50% by 2030 for both Scope 1 and Scope 2.
