This includes approximately 1.05 billion kg CO2e from Scope 1 emissions, which encompasses direct emissions, and roughly 130.65 million kg CO2e from Scope 2 emissions (indirect emissions from purchased energy). Scope 3 emissions, specifically from business travel, were about 415,000 kg CO2e for the same period.
Looking back, Bukit Asam's total emissions for 2024 were approximately 1.09 billion kg CO2e, comprising around 959.74 million kg CO2e of Scope 1 emissions, about 131.63 million kg CO2e of Scope 2 emissions, and roughly 1.32 million kg CO2e from Scope 3 business travel.
