HBX Group has stated that it is carbon neutral for Scope 1 and 2 emissions. The company is committed to further reducing both direct and indirect emissions, and as of 2023, was in the process of calculating its material Scope 3 categories and developing a plan to minimise its environmental footprint by 2025–2026. HBX Group is also a signatory of The Climate Pledge, having signed in February 2021.
