Huishang Bank, a financial intermediation services provider based in China, reported its 2023 Scope 1 emissions as approximately 1,846,210 kg CO2e and Scope 2 emissions as approximately 21,237,970 kg CO2e. For 2022, the bank's Scope 1 emissions were about 1,930,060 kg CO2e and Scope 2 emissions were about 20,492,020 kg CO2e. In 2021, Huishang Bank reported Scope 1 emissions of approximately 547,320 kg CO2e and Scope 2 emissions of about 2,778,500 kg CO2e. Their 2020 Scope 1 emissions were approximately 648,900 kg CO2e and Scope 2 emissions were about 3,220,600 kg CO2e. The earliest available data from 2017 shows Scope 1 emissions of about 753,000 kg CO2e and Scope 2 emissions of about 3,885,000 kg CO2e. The bank has disclosed Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions but has not yet reported Scope 3 emissions.
