This includes approximately 328,000 kg CO2e from Scope 1, around 10,776,000 kg CO2e from Scope 2, and roughly 42,141,000 kg CO2e from Scope 3 emissions.

For 2024, Mavenir's total emissions were approximately 88,384,000 kg CO2e, comprising around 359,000 kg CO2e for Scope 1, about 14,019,000 kg CO2e for Scope 2, and roughly 74,006,000 kg CO2e for Scope 3. Looking at long-term targets, Mavenir aims to reduce absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 90.0% by FY2040 from a FY2022 base year. The company also commits to reduce Scope 3 GHG emissions by 97.0% per USD value added by FY2040, again from a FY2022 base year.
