For the most recent reported year, 2025, Uflex's total estimated carbon emissions were approximately 3.2 billion kg CO2e. This includes approximately 206.2 million kg CO2e from Scope 1 emissions, 398.3 million kg CO2e from Scope 2 emissions, and 2.6 billion kg CO2e from Scope 3 emissions. In 2024, the company's Scope 1 emissions were approximately 57.6 million kg CO2e, Scope 2 emissions were around 181.0 million kg CO2e, and Scope 3 emissions totalled about 1.39 billion kg CO2e. In 2023, Scope 1 emissions were approximately 54.0 million kg CO2e and Scope 2 emissions were around 163.4 million kg CO2e. In 2022, Scope 1 emissions were approximately 61.0 million kg CO2e and Scope 2 emissions were about 128.9 million kg CO2e.

Uflex has set ambitious reduction targets. The company aims to reduce its Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 80% by 2030, compared to a 2019 baseline. Additionally, Uflex plans to lower CO2 emissions per vehicle kilometre for its trucks and buses by 40% by 2030, using a 2023 baseline. The company has also set a long-term goal of achieving Net-Zero emissions by 2050 for Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, in line with Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) commitments. As part of this commitment, Uflex has converted Thermopacks, Boilers, and Gensets to run on Piped Natural Gas (PNG). Uflex has committed to Net Zero across all scopes by 2050 through the SBTi. The company has also signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) to supply solar power to its Dharwad, Karnataka plant, which is expected to reduce carbon emissions by approximately 19,000 tonnes CO2e.
