HitecVision, headquartered in Norway, is committed to climate action, with its most recent reporting year for emissions data being 2025. Historical data for 2019 indicates Scope 1 emissions of approximately 245,718,000 kg CO2e and Scope 2 of about 6,142,000 kg CO2e. In 2018, HitecVision reported Scope 1 emissions of around 343,988,000 kg CO2e and Scope 2 of approximately 13,394,000 kg CO2e. For 2017, Scope 1 emissions were approximately 281,797,000 kg CO2e. HitecVision has established several climate commitments. A key target is for all its portfolio companies to have set science-based emissions reduction targets by 2030, covering both Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions. Furthermore, the company aims to be divested from all fossil fuel exploration and production portfolio companies by 2030, while concurrently increasing investments in businesses driving the European energy transition. It is noted that HitecVision's emissions data is cascaded from HitecVision AS as a current subsidiary, with a cascade level of 1.
