Climate Commitments and Reduction Targets:

Verallia has established ambitious climate commitments, aiming for significant reductions in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions:

• Net Zero by 2050: Verallia is committed to achieving net-zero GHG emissions across its value chain by 2050.
• 2040 Carbon Neutrality Goal: The company aims for carbon neutrality by 2040, with a commitment to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 90% compared to 2019 levels and offset the remaining 10%.
• 2030 Reduction Targets:
  • Verallia has committed to reducing its Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 46% in absolute terms by 2030, using 2019 as the baseline year. This target has been validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
