Graincorp's latest reported emissions for 2025 include Scope 1 emissions of 54,254,000 kg CO2e and Scope 2 emissions of 62,569,000 kg CO2e. For 2024, Scope 1 emissions were 54,546,000 kg CO2e and Scope 2 emissions were 60,086,000 kg CO2e. In 2023, Graincorp reported 58,301,000 kg CO2e for Scope 1 and 71,928,000 kg CO2e for Scope 2. The company has not yet reported Scope 3 emissions data.

Graincorp, headquartered in AU and operating in the food products industry, is committed to achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions across its value chain by FY2050. This long-term ambition is supported by Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) validated targets.

Near-term SBTi commitments from GrainCorp Limited include reducing absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions by 42% by FY2030 from a FY2022 base year. The company also commits to reducing absolute Scope 3 GHG emissions by 35% within the same timeframe (FY2022-FY2030).
