Loomis, headquartered in SE and operating in the financial intermediation services sector, has reported its carbon emissions across Scopes 1, 2, and 3.

For the reporting year 2025, Loomis reported total emissions of approximately 299.9 million kg CO2e. This includes Scope 1 emissions totalling around 131.3 million kg CO2e, Scope 2 emissions of approximately 18.1 million kg CO2e (market-based), and Scope 3 emissions at approximately 157.6 million kg CO2e.

In 2024, Loomis reported total emissions of approximately 274.2 million kg CO2e, with Scope 1 emissions at about 130.1 million kg CO2e, Scope 2 (market-based) at approximately 21.3 million kg CO2e, and Scope 3 emissions at around 139.3 million kg CO2e.

Loomis has established several climate commitments. The company aims to reduce its Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 48.0% by 2030, using 2019 as a baseline year. Furthermore, Loomis is committed to reducing its absolute Scope 3 GHG emissions by 37.5% by 2035, based on a 2024 baseline year. These targets are recognised as being consistent with reductions required to keep warming to 1.5°C. Previously, Loomis had set targets to reduce direct carbon emissions by 30% by the end of 2021 from a 2017 baseline. More recently, Loomis committed to a 20% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions by the end of 2025 compared to 2019.
