In 2022, Federchimica reported Scope 1 emissions of approximately 11.6 billion kg CO2e and Scope 2 emissions of approximately 4.1 billion kg CO2e, totalling approximately 15.7 billion kg CO2e for these scopes.

Federchimica also reported substantial emissions in 1990, with Scope 1 emissions at approximately 32.1 billion kg CO2e and Scope 2 emissions at about 15.5 billion kg CO2e.
Federchimica does not currently have publicly stated reduction targets or commitments through initiatives like the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) or the Climate Pledge.
