Green Plains has established a long-term goal to achieve carbon-neutral operations by 2050. Furthermore, the company has committed to reducing absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions by 37.8% by 2030 from a 2021 base year, as part of its Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) commitments.
