For the reporting year 2025, Soitec reported approximately 15.9 million kg CO2e for Scope 1 and 2 emissions. In 2024, the company's total emissions across Scope 1, 2, and 3 amounted to approximately 283.3 million kg CO2e, comprising approximately 3.5 million kg CO2e for Scope 1, 12.4 million kg CO2e for Scope 2, and 263.8 million kg CO2e for Scope 3.

For Scope 3 emissions, Soitec has set an intensity-based target to reduce emissions by 50.9% per million euros of added value by 2030, compared to the 2020 baseline. An additional target aims for a 35.3% reduction in Scope 3 emissions per million euros of added value between 2020 and 2026.
Soitec also previously aimed to reduce its Scope 1 and 2 emissions to near zero by the middle of the decade (2025). The company is committed to SBTi-aligned targets.
