Fibra Mty has set near-term Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) aligned targets to reduce Scope 1, 2, and 3 in-use operational GHG emissions of owned and leased buildings (covering downstream leased assets) by 55.6% per square metre by 2030, from a 2023 base year. Furthermore, the company commits to not installing new fossil fuel equipment in its building portfolios from 31 December 2030.
