Prologis

Prologis aims to achieve net-zero emissions across its value chain by 2040, aligning with the Science-Based Targets initiative's (SBTi) Net-Zero standard.

In 2025, Prologis's reported emissions included approximately 5,992,000 kg CO2e for Scope 1, 18,000 kg CO2e for Scope 2 (market-based), and approximately 3,483,552,000 kg CO2e for Scope 3.

Prologis has set several key reduction targets:

• Near-term (SBTi): Prologis Inc. commits to reduce absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 90.0% by 2030 from a 2019 base year. They also commit to reduce absolute Scope 3 GHG emissions by 27.5% within the same timeframe, all consistent with a 1.5°C warming scenario.
• Long-term (SBTi): Prologis Inc. commits to maintain at least a 90.0% absolute reduction of Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions from 2030 through 2040 relative to a 2019 base year. They also commit to reduce absolute Scope 3 GHG emissions by 90.0% within the same timeframe, working towards net-zero GHG emissions across the value chain by 2040.
• Previous Commitments: Prologis previously committed to reduce absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 21% by 2025 and 56% by 2040 from a 2016 base year. They also aimed to reduce Scope 1 emissions by 25% and Scope 2 emissions by 99% from a 2019 baseline by 2025.

Prologis is a signatory to The Climate Pledge, reinforcing its commitment to reaching net-zero carbon emissions by 2040.
