Bpost, a freight transportation arrangement company headquartered in Belgium, reported a total of approximately 408.3 million kg CO2e in emissions for the year 2025. This figure comprises Scope 1 emissions of about 74.4 million kg CO2e, Scope 2 emissions (market-based) of approximately 18.1 million kg CO2e, and Scope 3 emissions totalling around 315.8 million kg CO2e.

For 2024, Bpost's total emissions were approximately 419.4 million kg CO2e. This included Scope 1 emissions of about 76.5 million kg CO2e, Scope 2 emissions (market-based) of approximately 22.1 million kg CO2e, and Scope 3 emissions of roughly 320.8 million kg CO2e.

Bpost has established significant climate commitments. The company aims to reduce its Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 55% by 2030, using 2019 as the baseline year. Bpost has also committed to reducing absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 90.9% by 2050 from a 2024 base year, with a similar target of 90.1% reduction for Scope 3 emissions within the same timeframe.
