Your client licenses DitchCarbon for delivery, and the fee you registered at pilot stage is paid on the first year of that licence.
From there, two shapes work. Run on its own, DitchCarbon is the platform your client's team uses to measure, engage, forecast and track. Run alongside your own delivery model, DitchCarbon becomes the data layer feeding it, and you keep the client relationship and the advisory work. Delivery pricing is available on request.
