Yes. Embedding the score and commitment flags in a software product your customers pay for is within the free terms, on two conditions: the DitchCarbon logo is shown wherever the data appears, and each score links to the organisation's public profile on ditchcarbon.com. Reselling the data as a dataset, or using it inside a competing emissions data product, needs a licence.
