Can you calculate a PCF from a CCF?

Only approximately. Dividing a supplier's CCF by its revenue gives an emissions intensity that can be applied to your spend with that supplier. That is a company-level allocation, not a product footprint, and it cannot tell two products from the same supplier apart. A measured PCF is needed for product-level differences.
