How often should CCFs and PCFs be updated?

A CCF is reported annually, in line with the company's reporting year. A PCF is updated when the product, its materials or its manufacturing process change, and many suppliers refresh them on a similar annual cycle. Check the reference year on any figure you use, and record it alongside the number.
