Scope 3 Customer Success

We are seeking a high-impact, customer-facing operator to join us as a Scope 3 Customer Success. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys working closely with customers, and is excited to help leading enterprises use technology to tackle Scope 3 emissions.

We've built the world's largest repository of company-reported climate data, enabling enterprises to drastically reduce the time spent measuring Scope 3 and focus on decarbonizing their supply chains.

About the Role
You'll report to the COO and work closely with the CEO, supporting a portfolio of enterprise customers.
This is a customer success focused role, your primary responsibility is to ensure customers are successfully using DitchCarbon. You'll support onboarding, run regular check-ins, and help customers stay on track with using the platform.
You'll become highly familiar with how our product works and play a key role in helping customers adopt it across their teams.
What You'll Do
Customer Success & Engagement
- Support a portfolio of enterprise customers as a key point of contact
- Run regular customer calls (onboarding sessions, check-ins, progress updates)
- Help customers stay on track with using the platform and meeting agreed timelines
- Drive engagement by encouraging consistent usage across teams
- Follow up proactively to keep momentum and ensure tasks are completed
Customer Delivery & Platform Support
- Guide customers through onboarding, including uploading supplier data and getting set up in the platform
- Answer customer questions and troubleshoot issues related to platform usage
- Ensure customers are correctly using the platform and following best practices
- Support the delivery of outputs by coordinating timelines and inputs
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with product and data teams to relay customer feedback and issues
- Help track customer progress, usage, and key milestones internally
- Support improving internal processes to make customer delivery more efficient

Requirements
- Customer-facing experience: Comfortable running calls and communicating with external stakeholders
- Strong organization: Able to manage multiple customers, timelines, and follow-ups effectively
- Clear communicator: Can explain product features and processes in a simple, structured way
- Proactive mindset: Takes ownership of tasks and follows through without needing constant direction
- Interest in sustainability: Basic understanding of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions (or strong willingness to learn)
- Comfort with data: Able to work with structured data and support customers through data-related tasks
Nice to Have
- Experience in a customer success, account management, or operations role
- Exposure to SaaS products or onboarding processes
- Background or coursework in sustainability, environmental science, or related fields
