Agility

Agility, headquartered in Kuwait, reported total carbon emissions of approximately 76.9 billion kg CO2e in 2024. This figure comprises 418.96 million kg CO2e from Scope 1, 1.16 billion kg CO2e from Scope 2 (market-based), and approximately 75.3 billion kg CO2e from Scope 3 emissions.

• Tristar, an entity within Agility, is committed to net-zero by 2050, aligning with the broader UAE target, and aims to reduce its greenhouse gas emissions by 30,000 metric tonnes CO2e annually.
• Agility aims for a 25% reduction in Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 2025, against a 2016 baseline. This target was noted as being on track in their 2019 Sustainability Report.

Historically, Agility's emissions data shows fluctuations. In 2023, total emissions were not specified, but Scope 1 emissions were 424.56 million kg CO2e, Scope 2 (market-based) were 1.15 billion kg CO2e, and Scope 3 emissions were approximately 56.9 billion kg CO2e. In 2022, Scope 1 emissions were 433.64 million kg CO2e, Scope 2 (market-based) were 1.17 billion kg CO2e, and Scope 3 emissions were approximately 55.4 billion kg CO2e.

Agility's commitment to the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) is currently listed as "Commitment removed" or "Committed" with extensions for target submission, indicating ongoing engagement with setting science-based targets.
