Casino Guichard Perrachon, a French food products company, reported total carbon emissions of approximately 5.74 billion kg CO2e in 2024. This included about 62.4 million kg CO2e from Scope 1 emissions, 14.6 million kg CO2e from Scope 2 (market-based), and approximately 5.66 billion kg CO2e from Scope 3 emissions.

The company has set Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) approved near-term targets. These include a commitment to reduce absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 18% by 2025, from a 2015 base year. Additionally, Casino Guichard Perrachon aims to reduce absolute Scope 3 GHG emissions from purchased goods and services by 10% by 2025, from a 2018 base year, and Scope 3 GHG emissions from the use of sold products by 10% by 2025, also from a 2018 base year.
