Delivery Hero

Delivery Hero, a German company in the Computer and related services industry, reported total carbon emissions of approximately 3.38 billion kg CO2e in 2025. This includes about 69.38 million kg CO2e from Scope 1, 95.85 million kg CO2e from Scope 2, and 3.22 billion kg CO2e from Scope 3. In 2024, their total emissions were about 4.44 billion kg CO2e, with Scope 1 at approximately 46.88 million kg CO2e, Scope 2 at about 65.65 million kg CO2e, and Scope 3 at around 4.33 billion kg CO2e. This followed 2023, where total emissions were approximately 4.25 billion kg CO2e (Scope 1: 38.83 million kg CO2e, Scope 2: 59.36 million kg CO2e, Scope 3: 4.15 billion kg CO2e).

Delivery Hero has set Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) approved commitments. They aim to reduce absolute Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 50.4% by 2032, using a 2022 base year. Additionally, Delivery Hero commits to reduce Scope 3 GHG emissions by 58.1% per million euros of gross profit by 2032, also from a 2022 base year. These targets are classified as consistent with reductions required to keep warming to 1.5°C.
