En Plus Group Mkpao, a Russian Aluminium and aluminium products company, has set a long-term goal of achieving net-zero GHG emissions by 2050, with a near-term target to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by at least 35% by 2035, using a 2018 baseline. In 2019, Scope 1 emissions stood at approximately 48.4 billion kg CO2e and Scope 2 at about 2.5 billion kg CO2e. For 2018, the baseline year for their reduction targets, Scope 1 emissions were approximately 47.3 billion kg CO2e and Scope 2 emissions were about 2.7 billion kg CO2e. In 2017, the company reported Scope 1 emissions of approximately 22.79 billion kg CO2e and Scope 2 emissions of about 1.995 billion kg CO2e. In 2014, only Scope 1 process emissions of 2,280 kg CO2e were reported.
