Entra, a real estate services company based in Norway, reported a total of approximately 20.4 million kg CO2e in emissions for the 2025 reporting year. This figure encompasses Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions.

For the 2024 reporting year, Entra's total emissions were approximately 20.38 million kg CO2e. Scope 1 emissions for 2024 were around 277,000 kg CO2e, and Scope 2 emissions (market-based) totalled approximately 3.34 million kg CO2e. Scope 3 emissions were the largest contributor, at approximately 16.76 million kg CO2e.

In 2023, Entra's total emissions were approximately 21.19 million kg CO2e. Scope 1 emissions were around 204,000 kg CO2e, while Scope 2 (market-based) emissions amounted to approximately 2.08 million kg CO2e. Scope 3 emissions were substantial at approximately 18.91 million kg CO2e.

Looking back, Entra reported approximately 35.74 million kg CO2e in total emissions for 2022, with Scope 1 emissions at about 310,000 kg CO2e and Scope 2 (market-based) at approximately 13.93 million kg CO2e. Scope 3 emissions for 2022 were approximately 31.08 million kg CO2e.

Entra has set a significant target to reduce its CO2 emissions by 70% by 2030, using a 2015 baseline for its management portfolio. The overarching goal for Entra is to become a Net Zero Carbon company by 2030. Furthermore, Entra aims to maintain its scope 1, 2, and 3 in-use operational greenhouse gas emissions of owned and leased buildings at or below 1.16 kg CO2e per square metre up to 2050, from a 2023 baseline. They also commit to reducing upfront embodied emissions of new buildings by 45.5% per square metre by 2030, and all other absolute scope 3 GHG emissions by 42% by 2030, also from a 2023 baseline. For the long term, Entra aims to reduce upfront embodied emissions of new buildings by 94.6% per square metre and all other absolute scope 3 GHG emissions by 90% by 2050. The company is also working to align and verify its net zero target with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
