For the year 2025, Fibrahotel reported total Scope 1 emissions of 12,075,000 kg CO2e, Scope 2 emissions of 28,575,000 kg CO2e, and Scope 3 emissions of 22,459,000 kg CO2e. This includes about 291,000 kg CO2e from business travel, approximately 4,653,000 kg CO2e from employee commute, roughly 6,639,000 kg CO2e from downstream leased assets, about 1,294,000 kg CO2e from purchased goods and services, approximately 1,373,000 kg CO2e from waste generated in operations, and roughly 8,211,000 kg CO2e from fuel and energy-related activities.

Fibrahotel, through Concentradora Fibra Hotelera Mexicana S.A. de C.V., has committed to near-term Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) targets. These targets, set from a 2022 base year, aim to reduce absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions by 42% by 2030. Additionally, Concentradora Fibra Hotelera Mexicana S.A. de C.V. also commits to reduce absolute Scope 3 GHG emissions by 42% within the same timeframe. These targets are consistent with reductions required to keep warming to 1.5°C.
