Miller Homes Group Holdings Limited

Miller Homes Group Holdings Limited, based in the UK and operating in Real Estate Services, has established ambitious climate commitments. The company aims to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions across its value chain by 2045.

To support this overarching goal, Miller Homes has set the following science-based targets:

• Near-Term Targets (by 2032):
  • A 50.4% reduction in absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from a 2022 baseline.
  • A 58.2% reduction in absolute Scope 3 GHG emissions per square metre, also from a 2022 baseline.
• Long-Term Targets (by 2045):
  • A 90% reduction in absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions from a 2022 baseline.
  • A 97% reduction in absolute Scope 3 GHG emissions per square metre from a 2022 baseline.

These targets are aligned with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and are considered consistent with limiting warming to 1.5°C. The emissions data and reduction targets are cascaded from the parent organisation, Miller Homes Group Holdings Limited, which has a corporate family relationship with the ultimate parent.
