Nexity

Nexity, a French real estate services company, reported total carbon emissions of approximately 1.28 billion kg CO2e in 2024. This figure includes Scope 1 emissions of 5.41 million kg CO2e, Scope 2 emissions of 353,000 kg CO2e (market-based), and Scope 3 emissions of approximately 1.27 billion kg CO2e. Key contributors to Scope 3 emissions were capital goods (606.56 million kg CO2e) and the use of sold products (594.83 million kg CO2e).

Looking ahead to 2025, Nexity anticipates total emissions of approximately 1.20 billion kg CO2e, comprising Scope 1 emissions of 4.68 million kg CO2e, Scope 2 emissions of 376,000 kg CO2e (market-based), and Scope 3 emissions of approximately 1.196 billion kg CO2e.

Nexity has set several ambitious climate commitments:

• Near-term targets: Nexity commits to reducing absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions by 46.2% by 2030, using a 2019 baseline year. Additionally, the company aims to reduce absolute Scope 3 GHG emissions from purchased goods and services, fuel and energy-related activities, upstream transportation and distribution, use of sold products, and end-of-life treatment of sold products by 36.4% by 2030, also against a 2019 baseline. These Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) approved targets are consistent with reductions required to keep warming to 1.5°C.
• Long-term targets: Nexity is committed to contributing to global neutrality by 2050, encompassing all scopes of emissions.
