Pluxee's commitment to climate action is demonstrated through ambitious emission reduction targets and detailed reporting. For the fiscal year 2025, Pluxee reported total greenhouse gas emissions of approximately 29.9 billion kg CO2e. This total is comprised of Scope 1 emissions amounting to about 3.3 million kg CO2e, and Scope 2 emissions totalling approximately 2.9 million kg CO2e. The majority of their reported emissions fall under Scope 3, with a figure of approximately 22.5 million kg CO2e. Key contributors to their Scope 3 emissions include purchased goods and services (approximately 11.1 million kg CO2e), employee commute (about 6.0 million kg CO2e), and business travel (approximately 5.2 million kg CO2e).

The company has established Science Based Targets (SBTi) to guide its decarbonisation journey. Pluxee has committed to a 65% absolute reduction in Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by fiscal year 2030, using fiscal year 2017 as a baseline. This commitment is further extended to a 90% reduction in absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions by fiscal year 2035. In parallel, Pluxee aims for a significant 65% absolute reduction in Scope 3 GHG emissions by fiscal year 2030, also from a fiscal year 2017 baseline, with a further target of 90% reduction in Scope 3 emissions by fiscal year 2035.

In addition to emission reductions, Pluxee has set a goal to achieve 100% sourcing of renewable electricity by fiscal year 2025 and maintain this through fiscal year 2030. The company also has an overarching objective to achieve net-zero emissions across its operations and value chain by 2035. These targets have been verified by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
