Emissions Data:

• 2025: Pluxee reported a total of approximately 29.85 million kg CO2e. This figure comprises:
  • Scope 1 emissions: approximately 3.31 million kg CO2e.
  • Scope 2 emissions (purchased electricity): approximately 0.12 million kg CO2e.
  • Scope 3 emissions: approximately 22.53 million kg CO2e, with purchased goods and services being a significant contributor (about 11.10 million kg CO2e).
• 2024: The company reported Scope 3 emissions of approximately 24.35 million kg CO2e and Scope 1 and 2 emissions (market-based) of about 3.78 million kg CO2e.
• 2017: This year serves as the baseline for several of Pluxee's reduction targets. Scope 1 and 2 emissions were approximately 7.51 million kg CO2e.

Climate Commitments and Reduction Targets:

Pluxee has established clear targets aligned with a 1.5°C pathway, verified by the SBTi:

• Near-Term Targets (by FY2030):

  • A 65% absolute reduction in Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions from a FY2017 baseline.
  • A 65% absolute reduction in Scope 3 GHG emissions from a FY2017 baseline.
  • An increase in the sourcing of renewable electricity from 0% in FY2017 to 100% by FY2025 and sustained through FY2030.

• Long-Term Targets (by FY2035):

  • A 90% absolute reduction in Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions from a FY2017 base year.
  • A 90% absolute reduction in Scope 3 GHG emissions from a FY2017 base year.
  • An overall objective to achieve net-zero GHG emissions across its operations and value chain.
