For the fiscal year 2025, Pluxee reported total emissions of approximately 29.85 million kg CO2e. This includes about 3.31 million kg CO2e from Scope 1 emissions, 119,400 kg CO2e from Scope 2 (market-based for purchased electricity), and approximately 22.53 million kg CO2e from Scope 3 emissions. Key contributors to Scope 3 emissions in 2025 were purchased goods and services (about 11.1 million kg CO2e), employee commute (approximately 6 million kg CO2e), and business travel (around 5.16 million kg CO2e).

Pluxee aims to achieve net-zero GHG emissions across its value chain by FY2035. The company has set ambitious near-term and long-term targets:

Near-Term Targets (by FY2030, from a FY2017 base year):

• Reduce absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 65%.
• Increase active annual sourcing of renewable electricity from 0% in FY2017 to 100% by FY2025 and maintain through FY2030.
• Reduce absolute Scope 3 GHG emissions by 65%.

Long-Term Targets (by FY2035, from a FY2017 base year):

• Reduce absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 90%.
• Reduce absolute Scope 3 GHG emissions by 90%.

In FY2017, Pluxee's Scope 1 and 2 emissions were approximately 7.51 million kg CO2e, providing a baseline for these reduction targets.
