World Wide Technology Holding Co, a US-based computer and computer peripheral equipment and software merchant wholesaler, has reported its climate commitments and emissions data.

For the year 2025, World Wide Technology Holding Co projected its market-based Scope 1 and 2 emissions to be approximately 16,769,000 kg CO2e. This includes about 1,202,000 kg CO2e from Scope 1 emissions and approximately 15,567,000 kg CO2e from market-based Scope 2 emissions.

The company has set several climate targets. It aims to reduce absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 42% by 2030, using a 2022 baseline. Furthermore, World Wide Technology Holding Co has committed to achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions across its entire value chain by 2050. This long-term goal includes reducing absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 90% by 2050, and also reducing absolute Scope 3 GHG emissions by 90% within the same timeframe, both from a 2022 base year. The company also plans to engage 68% of its suppliers and customers (by emissions, covering purchased goods/services and use of sold products) to set science-based targets by 2028.
