In 2023, WSH's total emissions were approximately 196.34 million kg CO2e, consisting of Scope 1 emissions of about 1.92 million kg CO2e, Scope 2 emissions of approximately 362,000 kg CO2e, and Scope 3 emissions of around 193.69 million kg CO2e.

The company's SBTi-aligned targets include a near-term commitment to reduce absolute Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions by 80% by 2030 from a 2019 baseline. WSH also aims for 100% renewable electricity sourcing by 2030 and has committed that 60% of its suppliers by spend will have science-based targets by 2028.
