The company has set long-term net-zero targets for Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 2050, with interim targets for 2030 to maintain Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions at 2020 levels and achieve a 33% renewable energy usage rate. SK Hynix also aims to reduce Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions intensity by 57% compared to its 2020 baseline by 2026.
