The Ministerio de Ambiente's Programa Nacional de Carbono Neutralidad has offered free virtual training on a GHG inventory and plan. The linked page is for the 2024 call, so check for a new one.
What are the packaging rules for companies in Colombia?
Resolución 1407 de 2018 (envases y empaques) sets producer duties and recovery targets for packaging. It is free to read and in Spanish.
