Common questions
Is there a grant for energy-efficient equipment for SMEs in Singapore?
Yes. Enterprise Singapore's Energy Efficiency Grant co-funds pre-approved efficient equipment for SMEs. For training, playbooks and project support, see its Enterprise Sustainability Programme, which is subsidised.
Where do I find Singapore's grid emission factor?
The Energy Market Authority publishes the official grid factor for scope 2: Electricity Grid Emission Factors. The series may stop at an older year, so check the Energy Market Authority for a newer figure. Free.
What help is there with packaging rules in Singapore?
The National Environment Agency's Mandatory Packaging Reporting page sets out the rules, templates and guidebook. To write a reduce, reuse and recycle plan, use the 3R Guidebook for Packaging from the Singapore Manufacturing Federation and NEA. Both free.
