Resources are in Turkish; the EBRD credit lines are in English and the YEK-G page is in Turkish and English.
Every link is public and listed on the same terms. Schemes open and close; a “Closed for now” tag means we have checked and it is not taking applications. Know a resource we should add? Email suppliersupport@ditchcarbon.com.
Common questions
Which electricity emission factor should I use in Türkiye?
Use the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources' official factors by year: Türkiye Elektrik Üretim ve Tüketim Noktası Emisyon Faktörleri (Electricity emission factors). Free, in Turkish.
My EU customer asks about CBAM. Where can I get help in Türkiye?
The Ministry of Trade's Yeşil Mutabakat (Green Deal hub for exporters) explains the EU Green Deal and CBAM. Its Yeşil Mutabakata Uyum Projesi Desteği (Responsible Programı) (Green Deal compliance support) pays consultancy fees for an exporter's baseline and roadmap. In Turkish.
Are there grants for energy efficiency in Türkiye?
Yes. The Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources part-funds efficiency investments through Verimlilik Artırıcı Proje (VAP) Destekleri (Efficiency project grants). For green loans through local banks, see the EBRD's GEFF Türkiye facilities, in English.
