A target you can defend
A draft commitment sized to your company, and a view on whether the SBTi is the next step.
Thirty minutes on the second thing every customer asks for: a reduction target. We take a first-year Scope 1 and 2 figure, turn it into a target statement using the rate the SBTi publishes for small and mid-sized companies, check it against a free reduction plan so you know it is reachable, and look at whether to submit it to the SBTi now or later. Bring your footprint figure if you have one; example data is used if you do not. Runs twice a year; the recording is on this page.
