Elementis, a UK-based chemicals company, reported Scope 1 emissions of 36,400,000 kg CO2e and Scope 2 (market-based) emissions of 19,958,000 kg CO2e for 2025. This brings their total reported Scope 1 and 2 emissions for 2025 to 56,358,000 kg CO2e. For 2024, Elementis disclosed Scope 1 emissions of 38,000,000 kg CO2e and Scope 2 (location-based) emissions of 31,200,000 kg CO2e. In 2023, their Scope 1 emissions were 32,900,000 kg CO2e and Scope 2 (location-based) emissions were 26,900,000 kg CO2e. The company has not publicly reported Scope 3 emissions.

Elementis is committed to significant emissions reductions. They aim to achieve net-zero emissions by 2050. Elementis also has near-term Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) approved targets to reduce absolute Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 58.8% by 2034, from a 2024 base year.
