Homeserve's climate commitments and emissions data are cascaded from its ultimate parent, HomeServe Limited.

In 2025, Homeserve's total reported emissions are approximately 21,585,000 kg CO2e. This includes about 15,740,000 kg CO2e from Scope 1 emissions (stationary combustion), 3,199,000 kg CO2e from Scope 2 emissions (location-based), and 2,646,000 kg CO2e from Scope 3 emissions (business travel). Homeserve has not disclosed all Scope 3 categories for this year, specifically lacking data for purchased goods and services and employee commute.

For 2024, Homeserve reported total emissions of approximately 20,005,000 kg CO2e. Homeserve plc, the parent company, has committed to several long-term reduction targets validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). These include a 38% absolute reduction in Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by FY2031 from a FY2022 base year. Additionally, the company aims for an 11.1% absolute reduction in Scope 3 use of sold product GHG emissions by FY2031 from a FY2022 base year. The company notes that these targets are being re-evaluated following material business changes.
