Infobip, a telecommunications company based in GB, reported its global carbon emissions for 2025 as approximately 152.5 million kg CO2e. This includes about 825,000 kg CO2e from Scope 1, 2.9 million kg CO2e (market-based) from Scope 2, and about 148.8 million kg CO2e from Scope 3 emissions. A significant portion of its Scope 3 emissions, approximately 138.2 million kg CO2e, was attributed to purchased goods and services.

Looking back, Infobip's total global emissions were approximately 137.7 million kg CO2e in 2024 and about 106.1 million kg CO2e in 2023. In 2024, Scope 1 emissions were approximately 718,000 kg CO2e, Scope 2 (market-based) were about 2.19 million kg CO2e, and Scope 3 emissions totalled approximately 134.8 million kg CO2e, with purchased goods and services accounting for about 125.5 million kg CO2e. In 2023, Scope 1 emissions were about 967,000 kg CO2e, Scope 2 (location-based) were approximately 703,000 kg CO2e, and Scope 3 emissions were roughly 104.4 million kg CO2e, with purchased goods and services making up about 84.3 million kg CO2e. In 2021, Infobip reported total emissions of approximately 5.04 million kg CO2e, comprising around 50,950 kg CO2e from Scope 1, approximately 912,510 kg CO2e from Scope 2, and about 4.08 million kg CO2e from Scope 3.

Infobip is committed to ambitious climate action. The company has set Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) approved targets to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions across its entire value chain by 2045. As part of its near-term commitments, Infobip aims to reduce absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 63.0% by 2035, using 2024 as the base year. Concurrently, it plans to reduce Scope 3 GHG emissions by 66.3% per EUR value added within the same timeframe. For its long-term goals, Infobip commits to reduce absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 90.0% by 2045 from a 2024 base year, and absolute Scope 3 GHG emissions by 90.0% within the same timeframe. These targets are consistent with reductions required to limit global warming to 1.5°C. Furthermore, Infobip's Sustainability Strategy includes a climate transition plan to halve emissions before 2030 and achieve net-zero before 2050 for Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions.
