In 2024, Infobip reported a total of approximately 137.7 million kg CO2e. This included around 718,000 kg CO2e for Scope 1 and approximately 2.2 million kg CO2e for Scope 2 (market-based). Scope 3 emissions for 2024 were approximately 136.1 million kg CO2e. For 2023, their total emissions were approximately 106.3 million kg CO2e, with Scope 1 at about 967,000 kg CO2e and Scope 2 at approximately 703,000 kg CO2e. Scope 3 emissions for 2023 amounted to approximately 104.4 million kg CO2e. Earlier data shows approximately 5.0 million kg CO2e in total emissions for 2021, comprising around 50,950 kg CO2e (Scope 1), 912,510 kg CO2e (Scope 2), and 4,079,380 kg CO2e (Scope 3).

Infobip has established significant climate commitments, aiming to halve emissions before 2030 and achieve net-zero by 2050. This strategy includes developing a climate transition plan. Furthermore, Infobip has committed to Science Based Targets (SBTi), with near-term targets to reduce absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 63.0% by 2035 from a 2024 base year. They also aim to reduce Scope 3 GHG emissions by 66.3% per EUR value added within the same timeframe. Long-term, Infobip commits to reducing absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 90.0% by 2045 from a 2024 base year, and absolute Scope 3 GHG emissions by 90.0% within the same timeframe. Their overarching net-zero goal is to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions across the value chain by 2045.
