Itoham Yonekyu, headquartered in Japan and operating in real estate services, reported its Scope 1, 2, and 3 carbon emissions for 2024. Its total emissions for 2024 were 9,265,000,000 kg CO2e, comprising approximately 285,000,000 kg CO2e from Scope 1, about 128,000,000 kg CO2e from Scope 2 (market-based), and approximately 8,852,000,000 kg CO2e from Scope 3.

Itoham Yonekyu has near-term Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) commitments to reduce Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 42% by 2030, using 2022 as a base year. They also commit to measuring and reducing their Scope 3 emissions. This target was approved via a streamlined validation route for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).
