Menzies's total carbon emissions in 2025 were approximately 428.2 million kg CO2e, including Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions. This marks an increase from 2024, when total emissions were approximately 320.1 million kg CO2e.

Looking at the individual scopes for 2025:

• Scope 1 emissions were about 81.9 million kg CO2e.
• Scope 2 emissions were about 11.0 million kg CO2e.
• Scope 3 emissions were about 335.4 million kg CO2e, with significant contributions from purchased goods and services (approximately 95.2 million kg CO2e), use of sold products (approximately 91.5 million kg CO2e), and employee commuting (approximately 62.8 million kg CO2e).

For 2024:

• Scope 1 emissions were approximately 82.7 million kg CO2e.
• Scope 2 emissions were approximately 16.0 million kg CO2e.
• Scope 3 emissions were approximately 221.3 million kg CO2e, including use of sold products (approximately 65.0 million kg CO2e), employee commuting (approximately 46.6 million kg CO2e), and fuel and energy related activities (approximately 42.8 million kg CO2e).

In 2023, Menzies reported Scope 1 emissions of approximately 87.6 million kg CO2e and Scope 2 emissions of approximately 16.2 million kg CO2e. Scope 3 data for 2023 was not disclosed.

In 2022, total emissions were about 344.8 million kg CO2e. Scope 1 emissions were approximately 88.0 million kg CO2e, Scope 2 emissions were about 19.3 million kg CO2e, and Scope 3 emissions were about 237.6 million kg CO2e.

Menzies has set ambitious climate commitments, with both near-term and long-term targets. Their near-term targets, with a 2022 base year, aim to:

• Reduce Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 50% by 2030.
• Reduce absolute Scope 3 GHG emissions from the use of sold fossil fuels by 42% by 2030.
• Reduce absolute Scope 3 GHG emissions from purchased goods and services, capital goods, fuel and energy related activities, waste, business travel, employee commuting, and other use of sold products by 30% by 2030.

Their long-term targets, also from a 2022 base year, include:

• Reducing absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 95% by 2045.
• Reducing absolute Scope 3 GHG emissions from purchased goods and services, capital goods, fuel and energy related activities, waste generated in operations, business travel, employee commuting, and use of sold products by 90% by 2045.
