Mileway, a real estate services company headquartered in the Netherlands, reported its total carbon emissions for 2024 as approximately 341,395,000 kg CO2e. This includes Scope 1 emissions of approximately 1,655,000 kg CO2e, Scope 2 emissions of about 1,707,000 kg CO2e, and Scope 3 emissions of approximately 604,992,000 kg CO2e. In 2023, Mileway's total emissions were around 380,203,000 kg CO2e, with Scope 1 at about 1,820,000 kg CO2e, Scope 2 at approximately 3,198,000 kg CO2e, and Scope 3 at about 669,685,000 kg CO2e. For 2022, their total emissions were approximately 454,770,000 kg CO2e, including Scope 1 stationary combustion emissions of about 2,365,000 kg CO2e, Scope 2 emissions of approximately 5,482,000 kg CO2e, and Scope 3 capital goods emissions of about 446,923,000 kg CO2e.

Mileway has committed to Net-Zero targets through the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). Although some commitments show a "Commitment removed" or "Removed" status for near-term targets, the company had a "Committed" status for near-term targets and a "Yes" status for Net-Zero commitment as of April 2022. Mileway has been a "BA1.5 member" since April 2022, indicating its commitment to limiting global warming to 1.5°C.
