This figure encompasses Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions. Scope 3 emissions were the most significant contributor, accounting for approximately 303,510,000 kg CO2e, with purchased goods and services representing the largest portion within this scope.

In terms of reduction targets, Telenet has committed to significant climate goals. By 2030, they aim to reduce Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 70% from a 2022 baseline, aligning with a 1.5°C warming scenario. They also have a long-term goal of achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions across their value chain by 2040, with a 90% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions by that year. Telenet is also working towards 100% renewable electricity usage by 2030.
