In 2024, Ultra Clean Holdings, Inc. reported total greenhouse gas emissions of approximately 2.65 billion kg CO2e. This figure includes Scope 1 emissions of about 3.5 million kg CO2e, which comprise 2.56 million kg CO2e from fugitive emissions and 1.09 million kg CO2e from stationary combustion. Additionally, it plans to cut Scope 3 emissions by 63% within the same timeframe. For the long term, Ultra Clean targets a 90% reduction in both Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2050, alongside a 90% reduction in Scope 3 emissions from purchased goods and services, capital goods, upstream transportation and distribution, business travel, and the use of sold products. These commitments align with the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and reflect Ultra Clean's dedication to addressing climate change and reducing its carbon footprint in the semiconductor industry.
