Systemair

Systemair, an Electrical machinery and apparatus n.e.c. company headquartered in Sweden, reported total Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions of approximately 9.51 billion kg CO2e in 2025. This includes about 7.03 million kg CO2e from Scope 1 emissions, 8.88 million kg CO2e from market-based Scope 2 emissions, and 9.50 billion kg CO2e from Scope 3 emissions. In 2024, their total emissions were approximately 9.54 billion kg CO2e, comprising around 7.26 million kg CO2e (Scope 1), 10.07 million kg CO2e (market-based Scope 2), and 9.53 billion kg CO2e (Scope 3). For 2023, Systemair reported Scope 1 emissions of approximately 8.31 million kg CO2e and market-based Scope 2 emissions of about 11.12 million kg CO2e.

Systemair has set ambitious climate commitments. The company has a Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) approved near-term target to reduce absolute Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 42% by fiscal year 2030 from a fiscal year 2023 base year. Additionally, they aim to reduce absolute Scope 3 GHG emissions from the use of sold products by 25% within the same timeframe. For the long term, Systemair commits to achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions across its value chain by fiscal year 2050. This includes a 90% reduction in absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions and a 90% reduction in absolute Scope 3 GHG emissions by fiscal year 2050, both from a fiscal year 2023 base year. Furthermore, Systemair has an internal target to reduce Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 50% by 2030, relative to a 2019/20 fiscal year base.
